Thursday 27 May 2010: Orange RockCorps, the groundbreaking initiative that encourages young people to volunteer their time for a concert ticket, returns to Manchester with a world beating line up! 3,000 volunteers will earn a money-can’t-buy ticket to see music and pop culture superstar Snoop Dogg, indie rockers Vampire Weekend and UK No 1 urban sensation Tinie Tempah live in concert at the Manchester Apollo on Thursday 8 July. Over the summer, each volunteer will give four hours of their time volunteering in the community to earn a ticket to the hottest gig in town.
